Reserve Your Mobile Repair Visit
A non-refundable appointment hold fee may be required to reserve your mobile repair appointment. The fee is credited toward the completed repair.
The amount may vary based on distance, appointment type, urgency, and repair complexity.
Special-Order Parts
If your repair needs a special-order part, a separate parts deposit may be required before ordering. Once the part is ordered for your device, that parts deposit may be non-refundable.
Order Only After Approval
Phones, tablets, cases, chargers, screen protectors, and accessories are quoted first. Nothing is ordered until pricing, availability, and deposit/payment requirements are confirmed.
